My Napa Valley based practice is founded on 25+ years of experience working for globally recognized design firms, iconic destination communities and visionary developers. This unique experience has allowed me to appreciate the design and development process in its entirety - from regulatory, design and construction perspectives.

• Land Use Entitlement Processing - Collaborate with clients, design teams & local planning agencies to prepare, submit & present design review, viewshed & other entitlement applications to local commissions.

• Building Permit Processing - Collaborate with clients, design teams & local regulatory agencies, to prepare, submit & manage the building permit process.

• Owner Representation - Collaborate with clients, general contractors, sub-contractors, design teams & local regulatory agencies to keep construction project scope, schedule & budget on track.
